I removed a microwave/convection oven door from a double oven to paint. I was unable to get the door back on because the torsion spring hinges could not be locked in the out position like on a standard oven door. I called Alex and within two hours he was at my house and thirty minutes later the door was back on the microwave/convection oven. Nice guy, solid work, fair prices, I would recommend.

Our dryer stopped heating up so I did search for a technician. After reading the reviews I decided to call NC Appliance Repair. I spoke with the owner and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Technician Vasilli arrived promptly and was professional. After diagnosing the issues, he explained and showed what needed to be done and provided an estimate. He had to get a part, came back and within less than two hours every was up and running. He also recommend having the vent duct cleaned (that’s a separate review). Overall I would highly recommend their services and call them again in the future.

I have had my washer and dryer set for 3 years it stopped agitating 2 years ago and I finally decided to call someone to fix it. Not only did this company come out about 30 minutes after we spoke on the phone they fixed the issue within 15 minutes of being at my home. Come to find out the hot water valve was closed and that’s what was causing my washer not to agitate. I normally don’t give reviews but the price I was quoted was the cheapest in my area and the service was quick and professional. I would use this company again.

We called NC appliance repair and their technician came right over, diagnosed the issue and was able to literally fix our microwave within minutes! Matthews (unofficially named Stumptown) is a town in southeastern Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. It is a suburb of Charlotte. The population was 27,198 according to the 2010 Census. Founded in  early 19th century, the community’s name later changed to Fullwood, named after appointed area postmaster John Miles Fullwood. The establishment of a sawmill and the cotton and timber industry helped Fullwood change into a town. Prior to the first train arriving on December 15, 1874, Fullwood acted as a stagecoach stop between Charlotte and Monroe. The town was incorporated into a municipal corporation in 1879 and was renamed to Matthews for Edward Watson Matthews, a prominent resident, and director of the Central Carolina Railroad.
