I removed a microwave/convection oven door from a double oven to paint. I was unable to get the door back on because the torsion spring hinges could not be locked in the out position like on a standard oven door. I spoke with the owner and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Technician Vasilli arrived promptly and was professional. After diagnosing the issues, he explained and showed what needed to be done and provided an estimate. He had to get a part, came back and within less than two hours every was up and running. He also recommend having the vent duct cleaned (that’s a separate review). Overall I would highly recommend their services and call them again in the future.

Not only did this company come out about 30 minutes after we spoke on the phone they fixed the issue within 15 minutes of being at my home. Come to find out the hot water valve was closed and that’s what was causing my washer not to agitate. I normally don’t give reviews but the price I was quoted was the cheapest in my area and the service was quick and professional. I would use this company again.
